Kodak Black recently appeared in court for his violation of house arrest. The rapper has been in jail since February unable to enjoy the release of his recent album. Kodak family, friends and record executives all attended. According to media outlets “Friedman was the first witness called to the stand at his hearing. She testified that Kodak whose real name is Dieuson Octave broke the rules of his probation and failed to complete his court-mandated anger management program. She also stated that she think he needs counseling asap. A young lady by the name of Jennifier Cunningham a bartender also testified saying the rapper physically abused her on Feb 2. Kodaks lawyers dispute the allegations their client violated the condition of his house arrest by claiming all travel was job related. Will the judge see Kodak’s way?
